the hyatt was a lovely place for our anniversary. the room was clean, and the king size bed was super comfy. We really enjoyed the self-serve breakfast. it had a fantastic variety for everyone! the spa was gorgeous too, such a relaxing atmosphere.

Honestly, the service was top notch. A lovely gentleman opened the door for us & directed us to reception where we were welcomed with a glass of wine, that’s how to start a stay right. The bed was beyond comfy, like sleeping on a cloud, which is crucial after a long day out.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but for what we got, it was still reasonable.

We had a fantastic family stay and enjoyed a relaxing afternoon in the spa followed by a refreshing swim in the heated pool. The warm atmosphere and the well-equipped room made us feel right at home. The parking situation could be better, so I'd recommend arriving early for a space! 😊

On the 16th Floor, the room was clean and spacious, providing utmost comfort, which delivered one of the best sleeps I've had in ages. The breakfast was impressive, especially the delightful cottage cheese. The only downside was two out of the four lifts being out of service, which did create some waiting time but is understandable during maintenance.

Friendly staff made my stay enjoyable, but room was noisy and outdated.

The Hyatt Regency Birmingham features elegant décor, bright common areas, and easy access throughout the hotel, making it very comfortable for seniors like me. The views of the canal from my room added a lovely touch to the experience.

Better sound insulation for rooms would be appreciated.

We enjoyed the access to the on-site fitness center located within Amala Spa and Club. It was a real treat for our family. The hotel also provided us with an early check-in, which was perfect since we had elderly parents with us.

For dads, it would be great if the parking was cheaper.
